 The geographical area of CCED include:

( Port said, Ismailia, Suez, Sharkia , Sinai, Red Sea , and New Cites ) and covers

around 30% of Egypt area ,  including tourist areas (in Sharm El-Shiekh , Hurghada) ,

and industrial area in 10th of Ramadan , also covers  national huge projects in:

·        Sinai Development project, Shark El- Tafriea , National Project for

       Suez gulf devolpment, & Ismailia Technology Vally.

CCED Activites:

·        Supplying  electric energy  for different purposes on both medium & low voltage.

·        Management ,Operation & maintenance of electrical networks on med. & low voltage.

·        Studying, researching , designing , implementing of electrical current connectivity

       Projects for different Purposes .

Company Development Projects

1. SCADA:

This project aims to control and operate medium voltage network using

sophisticated computer programs and telecommunication media to enhance medium

voltage network reliability and reduce outage time. After  implementing this project

in ismailia and new cities , CCED  will apply this project in Sharm El-Shiekh , Hurghada

  1. (GIS)
    Geographic information system:

By applying this system in all branches, all geographic maps for medium voltage

 network & network components database will be available for different operational

 and managerial levels, the GIS will be designed to communicate with SCADA and AMR system.

  1. Trouble Call System

As a result of our policy to satisfy our customers and to provide service with high quality,

 we are on our way to apply trouble call system for low voltage network through which

we can recognize the fault source and arrange for quick power restoration, trouble analysis

 and determining the weak points for better planning of low voltage network.

This project is under implementing now in ismailia and  Sharm El-Shiekh

  1. (AMR)
    Automatic Meter Reading:

This project aims to collect customer meter readings from centralized receiver unit

located beside distribution transformers, current customer meters will be replaced

by digital meters having the property of sending data through distribution network

as a communication media. This project is applied in Fayed ( ismailia sector) ,

to save time and efforts, and to improve the work flow cycle.

  1. Subsidiaries Development:

For all purpose of simplifying procedures for our clients, a tremendous changes have

 been made to our 73 subsidiaries, this includes development of work flow cycle to

apply the concept of one reception desk, supplying the subsidiaries with new furniture,

 customer services hall, computers and software that simplify the work procedures.
